Position the PoutyMouth vacuum lip pump over your lips, and slightly tilt your head backwards. When first using the PoutyMouth it is best to look into a mirror to make sure the device is placed securely over the lips creating an air tight seal. Hold the PoutyMouth securely in place by placing your index finger and thumb on the sides of the device.

Once a secure, air tight seal is felt, gently pull on the end of the device to create a vacuum. Grasp the outer cylinder with your other hand, and gently pull the device outward away from your face. You should feel a gentle pulling on the mouth.

Hold the cylinder for 10 seconds, then release the vacuum by pushing the cylinder back inward to the starting position.

Beginners

For beginners, use the PoutyMouth for no more than 10 pulls, for no more than 5 seconds per pull. When first using the PoutyMouth, slightly move the lip pump around the mouth to insure that both the upper and lower lip are pulled on uniformly. You may have to practice with positioning the device to insure a uniform pull for both the upper and lower lips.

Daily Use

After using the PoutyMouth for two or more weeks and conditioning your lips you can increase the number of pulls and frequency of use each day, but do not exceed more than two minutes of use in total each day.

Cleaning

To clean wipe with a dampened cloth using mild soap.
